Editors are to evaluate the suitability of submitted manuscripts for the journal, including: (a) the standard of the manuscript, (b) whether it meets the Aims and Scope of the journal (Of course ours is a multidisciplinary journal), and (c) the originality of the work. The editors will never disclose the information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers or potential reviewers, or other members of the editorial board. Editors will ensure the prompt handling of the review process and will evaluate the merit of manuscripts for intellectual content without regard to race, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
Peer review is essential to the journal in assisting in making editorial decisions and assisting authors in manuscript improvement. Reviewers should point out relevant publications not cited in the manuscript and point out any similarities with previously published works. Also, our technical staff will execute the instructions given by the reviewers in the prescribed format. If a potential reviewer feels unfamiliar in an area to review the manuscript, that reviewer should notify the editors immediately and decline the review. Manuscripts received for review will be treated as confidential documents and not shown or discussed with other without authorization from the editors. Authors should expect to receive reviewer reports in a prompt manner, normally within three weeks. Reviewers are expected to be genuine and should never breach of confidentiality, delay of peer review, plagiarism, or conflicts of interest
All manuscripts will be subjected to a standard anonymous peer review process before acceptance. The editorial board will send the copy of reviewer’s anonymous report, and the authors should carry out or respond in accordance with the suggestions received in the report. After receiving the response, the manuscript will be approved. The editorial board reserves the right to reject any original work that they consider to be unsuitable or the manuscript which is outside the focus of the journal. The letters to the editor through email shall be answered and approved directly by the editor, upon the reports from the editorial board. Authors, who consider an urgent publication, should specify this in their covering letter, including an appropriate justification. Based on the editorial board’s recommendation, such works shall undergo a priority review process. Every author/s is/are responsible for the statements and opinions expressed in the articles, including possible errors or falseness. In cases of proven plagiarism or fraudulent publication, the publisher is empowered to carry out appropriate action to avoid controversies by publishing erratum or , in collaboration with the editorial board, will take appropriate action to clarify the situation, publish an erratum, or withdraw the work in controversy.
Authors of original research work (not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere) should be an accurate presentation of the work carried out. Appropriate citation of previously published works must always be included in the works cited. Financial support if any should be disclosed. Authorship should be limited to four authors to those persons who have made a significant contribution to the work in terms of conception, design, experimental implementation, and data analysis or typing and editing. All persons making significant contributions should be included as co-authors. Of course, an English Language Teacher or any other language expert is permitted as a co-author even in technical subjects. It is unethical to copy, plagiarize, manipulate or giving fake data in a manuscript. After considering all the above concerns, authors are asked to use our “Submit Online” option in our journal’s to submit a manuscript. Asian Journal of Research Scholars publishes articles in English & Tamil language. Those who need to publish in other languages should refer two experts in their area of specialization. A maximum of 15 pages (5000 words) are allowed. Manuscripts should be typed in MS Word format, single spaced, in Times New Roman font, size 12, with one-inch margins on all sides (Normal Margins). The authors should format the papers according to the following guidelines. The authors should note that the papers should follow the below indicated style since the first submission. In case of not following the guidelines, the papers would not be taken into consideration.

Main body may Contain the presentation of Review of Literature about Research Variables, Methodology, Results, etc. The authors should note that Tables and Figures should be embedded inside the manuscript and be numbered consecutively. The number and short descriptive title should appear above each table and figure.

Authors are 100% responsible for the accuracy of bibliographic citations. The authors should ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the references list (and vice versa). Avoid citation in the abstract part. Unpublished results and personal communications should not be in the reference list, but may be mentioned in the text. Citation of a reference as in press implies that the item has been accepted for publication. References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary. In text, citations should include author(s) and year of publication. Both APA and MLA styles are permitted for English Language and Literature authors. But, the same method to be followed throughout the paper.
English : Font Size - 12 pt, Font Name - Times new Roman Tamil Font (Bamini) & Hindi Font (Kruti Dev 010) The paper should start with an introduction and should end with a conclusion summarizing the findings of the paper. If papers were presented/submitted in a conference/seminar or are minor / major research project, this must be clearly mentioned in the first page of the manuscript clearly. Manuscripts, including tables, figures and references should be around 4000-5000 words, in the case of articles and 1000 words for book reviews.
